These Terms apply to any contract between you and us for the sale of products to you (“Contract”). Before using our site, please read these Terms carefully and ensure that you understand them.
Please note: Before placing an order or making a payment, you will be asked to agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you will not be able to order any products or make payments through our site.
You should view, read, and print a copy of these Terms or save them on your computer for future reference. We may modify these Terms from time to time as set out below. Every time you wish to order products or use our site, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the Terms that will apply at that time.
If there is any conflict between these Terms in any other language and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
If the Terms contain specific provisions applicable only to consumers in certain countries, their applicability will depend on the consumer’s country of habitual residence. For example, provisions intended for consumers in the GCC countries will apply only to consumers who habitually reside in the GCC.

2. How the Contract Is Formed Between You and Us
2.1 We are based in UAE and our merchandise could be made in any country which the UAE laws allow us to make our clothes in. We contract with a delivery service which enable us to sell the goods and deliver it to your country.
2.2 By placing an order on our site, you acknowledge that your transaction is with us. You also acknowledge that once we validate your information, we will sell the products to you at the price provided and agreed upon in your order. We are responsible for fulfilling your order.
2.3 Our site will guide you through the steps to place and pay for your order. You will be able to review and correct any errors before submitting your order. Please take time to check each step carefully.
2.4 After placing your order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. A Contract is not formed until you receive an order confirmation email.
2.5 You will receive an email from us when the products are shipped (“Shipping Confirmation”).
2.6 If we are unable to supply a product (e.g., out of stock, discontinued, or pricing error), we will notify you by email and will not process your order. If you’ve already paid, we will refund the full amount, including any delivery charges, as soon as possible. We will not have any other liability to you.
2.7 You acknowledge that we are permitted to verify the accuracy and sufficiency of the information you provide. If automatic verification fails, our representatives may contact you or your card issuer to confirm your identity and/or intent to place the order.
2.8 By placing an order or making a payment, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Your card or payment method will be billed by us, and the charge will appear as "Frond for Clothing Business" or as a similar name. You warrant that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use the payment method provided. We may verify the payment information. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we cannot verify the information. In that case, we will refund your full payment.
2.9 You acknowledge and agree that we may pre-screen your payment and information. These checks are designed to ensure FrondUAE.com complies with applicable laws and sanctions in our regions of operation.
2.10 The price of your order will be set based on the shipping address (tax inclusive or exclusive). Shipping costs and taxes (if there are any) are not included in the product price; they will be added at checkout and listed separately (unless free shipping is offered or no tax is required in your region).

3. What You Authorize Us to Do
3.1 By using our site, you authorize us to process payments, refunds, and adjustments, transfer funds to your bank account where applicable, charge your credit/debit card, and receive payment on behalf of us or our affiliates.

4. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods
4.1 We are legally required to supply goods in accordance with the contract. To return a defective or non-conforming item, contact us via email.
4.2 If you return such goods, we will first verify the defect. Once confirmed, we will refund the item cost and original shipping and handling fees. If we determine the item is not defective, no refund will be issued, and the item will be returned at your cost. See the "Returns" section for full instructions.
4.3 Refunds are typically processed using the original payment method within 1-15 days from receipt of the returned goods. Note that refunds may take longer to appear on your payment statement.

5. Product Warranties and Our Liability
5.1 Warranty claims must be directed to the retailer's customer service team. We will refund or replace based on their instruction.
5.2 Product descriptions/specs are either provided by our employees or by third parties who are involved in the designing or the production of our merchandise. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or completeness. We make no warranties (express or implied) regarding suitability, quality, safety, or usability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability for a particular purpose.
We are not liable (whether in contract or tort) for any damages, including loss of profit, revenue, data, or consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount charged to your card or payment method.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees or agents.
5.3 We exclude all other conditions, warranties, representations, and other terms that may apply to our site or its content, whether express or implied.
5.4 We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:
5.4.1 Your inability to use our site; or
5.4.2 Your reliance on any content displayed on our site.
5.5 We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by viruses, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or other harmful material that may infect your device or data due to use of our site or linked sites.
5.6 We are not responsible for the content of linked websites. Links should not be interpreted as endorsement. We are not liable for any loss or damage from using such sites.

6. Events Beyond Our Control
6.1 We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under a contract caused by an event beyond our control.
6.2 An “event beyond our control” includes, but is not limited to:
a. Strikes or industrial actions by third parties
b. Civil unrest, riots, war, terrorism, epidemics, natural disasters
c. Failures in public or private telecommunication networks
d. Shipping delays or unavailability of transport methods
6.3 If such an event affects performance:
6.3.1 We will notify you as soon as possible
6.3.2 Our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event, and we will resume once it's resolved
6.3.3 If the event lasts over 30 days, you may cancel the contract. You must return any received products, and we will issue a full refund including shipping charges (if applicable)

7. Indemnity
7.1 You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees and settlements) incurred due to any breach of these Terms or claims that you violated them.

8. Other Important Terms
8.1 We may transfer our rights and obligations under the contract to another entity. This does not affect your rights.
8.2 This contract is between you and us. No third party has the right to enforce any part of it.
8.3 We use your personal information only in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully. Retailers may also use your information according to their own privacy policy.
8.4 Each paragraph in these Terms operates separately. If any part is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the rest remain valid.
8.5 Nothing in these Terms—whether express or implied—shall be interpreted as granting any rights, remedies, or claims to any person other than the parties to these Terms. These Terms, along with all representations, warranties, covenants, and provisions herein, are intended solely for the benefit of us, our affiliates, and you.
8.6 If we fail to insist on the performance of any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or delay in doing so, that does not mean we have waived our rights against you, and it does not mean you are exempt from complying with those obligations.
8.7 Please note that these Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. This means that any contract for the purchase of products through our website, and any dispute or claim arising from or related to it, will be governed by UAE law. Both you and we agree that the courts of Al Ain, United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
8.8 As a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions, including clause 8.7, affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory local laws.
