We want you to love your FROND pieces. If something doesn't work out, we've got you covered:

Return window: 14 days from delivery
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
Process: Contact us at support@fronduae.com with your order number and reason for return
Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
