App Stores & Website
This agreement is between you and Frond, not the app store provider (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store) or the website provider (e.g., Shopify).

11. Disputes / Additional Terms
Governing Law / Jurisdiction
You agree that the site, these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any disputes between you and Frond Clothing Trading shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (1980) shall not apply.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively resolved by the courts of Al Ain, UAE. You expressly waive the right to any other form of dispute resolution or trial in any other court, regardless of jurisdiction.
Except where prohibited, you agree that all claims and disputes arising out of or related to the site (including, but not limited to, the purchase of Frond products) shall be resolved individually, not as part of a class action, and exclusively in the local or federal courts located in Al Ain.
