Custom Duties
There are customs clearance fees for packages that are delivered to those who reside in Qatar, Kuwait, or Oman or those who request their purchase orders to be delivered to an address in one of these countries. They are included as part of our shipping fees. The fees are:
Qatar - QAR 23
Kuwait - KWD 2
Oman - OMR 1
There are variable rates of Value Added Tax (VAT) for the GCC residents who reside in UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Oman, or those who request their purchase orders to be delivered to an address in one of these countries. The rates are:
KSA: 15%
Bahrain: 10%
UAE: 5%
Oman: 5%

For a swift delivery, please provide a detailed address. This includes your:

Keep Your Phone Handy:
Make sure your provided phone number is active. Our couriers may call you for delivery coordination. It helps them find you easily and deliver your package smoothly.
Prompt Delivery Attempts:
We're eager to get your order to you! If we can't reach you, our courier partner will make 2 delivery attempts. After that, the order will be returned to us. Stay updated to receive your package on the first go.
START AN EXCHANGE
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color:
• Exchanges are free within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
• Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and ship out the replacement item as soon as we receive your return.
START A REFUND
If you’d prefer a refund instead of an exchange:
• Refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags).
• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
• Shipping fees and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
